Ready to take the plunge and visit? We know visiting a new church can be somewhat nervewracking, so we will be more than grateful if you stop by.
First step, getting here. We're on 18718 Grayland Ave. between South St. and 186th. It's probably easiest to come from South St. As you approach, look for a sign that says, "Parking", and follow the driveway behind the church. Park your car, say a silent prayer, and prepare to meet some new people.
Second step, bring your young children to the nursery. The nursery is located across from the side (north) door of the sanctuary. Older kids are welcome to join us in the worship service.
Third step, make your way into the main sanctuary. Most people enter through the doors along Grayland Ave. If stairs are a problem, please enter through the side doors. Be sure to grab a bulletin on the way in. Find a seat, and ask God to help you prepare your heart for worship.
Fourth step, worship. Listen, pray, sing, read and experience the grace of God through the preaching of the good news of Jesus Christ. Our services feature plenty of scripture, a variety of music, and last about an hour and ten minutes. We celebrate communion, or the Lord's Supper, every second Sunday of the month.
Fifth step, coffee time. Please don't rush off, we really would like to get to know you and say "thank you" for stopping by. People will gather out on the patio and there may even be a cookie or two. Who knows? You may even make a new friend.
Sixth step, Sunday School. Are you feeling really brave? Then take advantage of one of our learning opportunities. Kids ages K-12 have class in different groups, while adults meet in the fireside room. Questions about the sermon or whatever else you may be wondering about are more than welcome.
Seventh step, return home. Thank God for the way He works through normal everyday people, and consider visiting us again.
